AMBIENT THOUGHT BLOG – ACOUSTIC PONDERS: Halloween Edition: Still Here

I am in a constant cycle of continuous perpetual motion.

My days and night fade into one another as if they are one in the same.

But the darkness of the so-called night is when I am more alive.

It is when I watch you from that darkness.

You sense me just out of view from the corner of your eye.

And the time may come when I am ready, when you are ready, I appear to you to ask questions, to give answers, in need of comfort.

But you fear me. You run. You hide.

I follow, wanting you to understand.

You do not.

You rush to cower under your bed covers and I fly after.

Or should I say… float.

For I am… the ghost that haunts you your day and night.

And at this moment…

I am right behind you…
